How to Submit for a Quote or a School Purchase Order

Looking to submit a School Purchase Order or ask for a Quote for products?  We’ve made it easy for you!  Just follow the instructions below…

  1. Download the Offline Order Form (PDF).
  2. Note what books/products you’d like to order or have a Quote for.
  3. Email Cheri (cheri@brycehedstrom.com) the filled out Order Form for a Quote or the Purchase Order and Order Form to place an order.
  4. COLORADO CUSTOMERS: If you are NOT using a PO but want to avoid taxes (tax exempt), print and fill out this form (PDF) and email it (along with the Order Form) to cheri@brycehedstrom.com. This will keep you from paying taxes on your order.
